trainer's pokemon lvl mod

    hello everybody

    is there any chance to get a lvl modification for trainer?

    like every trainers pokemon in HG or SS has higher lvls.

    First rival has lv5 pokemon, now he has lv10 pokemon.

    So is there any script or code or program to do all this at once?
     
    The Universal Pokémon Randomiser has this option. I often use the UPR to add things into ROM hacks even if I don't randomise them, such as running indoors, lower case Pokémon names and the aforementioned level increase.
     
    The universal randomizer just can do this with the option that the trainers Pokémon are random :/
    I want Them to have the same Pokémon
     
    Ahh. I don't know then. I thought the UPR could do it without randomising (like how it can de-capitalise Pokémon names and allow Running Shoes indoors without randomising).
     
    I hope someone knows how to. Im pretty sure thats possible by a little script or smth
