Well I am not close to ready for the elite four but I just want to know what you guys think I should trian

    Infernape lv 47
    Honchkrow lv 46
Diagla lv 48 (prefer not to use it, but if I need to...)
    Blissey lv 44
    Lucario lv 31
    Gyrados lv 34
    Kadabra lv 34
    Unix lv29
    Machoke lv 30 (HM slave)
    Combee lv 15
Haunter lv 41 (in game trade, wont become gengar)

I am currently working on training Lucario, Unix and Gyrados. (I think im Unix is the name, the evolved shinx). I know there will be two pokes for sure, that will be Infernape and Honchkrow. I love lucario and Unix. Gyrados could also be useful. Machoke I believe knows about 3 HMs.

Just curious on who you think I should go up against the elite four with and at what level you think they should be at.

Also is there a PC you can use right before walking into the elite four? Just so going through the cave I would use machoke but before fighting the elite four I would switch him out.

    Thanks

You can beat the elite four with any pokemon. You just need a LOT of revives...

    depends on who u like

for ex. i started w/ chimchar (my general) then i caught a shink (my litunent). i just trained them two. i beat every wild pkmn dat poped out every trainer.

with only 6 badges my infernape is on lev. 60. my luxray is on 55. i know i could take the 4 suckers but i neede to make sure so i caught a gible (my baby). currently on lev. 40 (hes a gabite).

the best way dat im training right now is in iron island. paired with raily, just walkin around, so 2 pkmn pop up not one. and since he heals ur pkmn just spend a few hrs. only works if he didnt give u ur riolu egg.

im only waitin until my gabite is evolved into his final evolution garchomp to take them down. or course i still need 2 more badges, i also need to take down the galatic squad aka team galatic.

for u i recomend going in there with a squad of 3 or 4 versatile pkmns. work on ur gyarados at least until level 55 or so. i recomend hydro pump, hyper beam and ice beam or blizzard and a dragon or electric attack. work on ur infernape until level 57 until he learns flare blitz along w/ close combat and wat ever other 2 moves u want. lucario is a bad choice simply because they have alot of fightin, ground , fire and ghost, bad match against him. level up dialga to 55 or so and take him in there to kick ass. i recomed those three because i would also chose them. i like my pkmn with high speed and attack. if u have that u dont have to worry about ur defense alot because in one or two turns the max ur opponent is gone.

if u want u cant level up ur haunter and krow up about 5 more levels. and take them as back up.

    an easy and effective strategy.
make sure haunter is fast and knows hypnosis. put ur opponent to sleep

    infernape- 57 and above
    gyarados 55 and above
    dialga- 55 and above
    haunter- 55 and above
    krow- 55 and above

Don't focus on one, Train them all, But Luxio (The evolved form of shinx) can be very dangerous if evolved to Luxray, So first of all get it to Luxray and your laughing.

You're Luxio = lv.29 it evolves at level 30! So get it to Luxray and you're beat the Elite Four easy.

hmm to be honest i found easyest 2 use a well balanced team min level of 60. Then u dont many items.

    Infernape.
    Abomasnow.
    Floatzel.
Ramparados (make sure got good ev in speed so he can ko most enemys.
    Luxio.
    Vespiqueen/Hippowdon/Bastiodon

A well balanced team doesn't contain an electric type when both of its super effective points are covered by one Pokemon of the team, Abomasnow. Rampardos + Bastiodon = No. Rampardos + Hippowdon = No. Vespiquen = Desperate. Luxio = Why the hell is't it a Luxray yet? Floatzel = Try again. Infernape + Abomasnow = Illegal Gay Marraige.
You see, I tried as hard as I could to correct the flaws. And I succeeded for the most part.

FYI that haunter can evolve if you just take the everstone off him...<_<.......:D

What I've been using to battle the E4 is:
    Gyarados
    Gengar
    Torterra
    Infernape
    Alakazam
    Garchomp

The levels are high 40s, so I've only made it halfway through the 4th dude's team. With the movesets I've made, I can always land a super effective hit on any pokemon that anyone in the e4 uses (except for spiritomb cause it has no weaknesses...). Grass and water especially own the 2nd and 3rd guys big time.

floatzel is pretty good as a starter. it has such a high speed and HP along w/ attack that it's so fun to sub up against a couple Close Combats, and then finishing them off w/ Waterfall. i haven't tried using it as a physical sweeper, but it could probably pull it off. it's also good for Agilipassing, which brings me to Abomasnow. abomasnow w/ Life Orb is pretty dangerous if it's been BP'ed an Agility or two. it sweeps with 100% blizzard alone, but with Woodhammer/Focus Blast/Earthquake at its disposal as well, it eventually faints from so much raep.

Hyper Beam on Gyarados is utterly useless on diamond
