I need to train my Pokemon for the Elite Four but I've beaten all the trainers in Victory Road and the ones on Islands 1 & 3. I also tried using my Vs. Seeker, but all the Pokemon are at low levels. Any tips on where I could train in the wild? All my pokemon are around level 50.

My pokemon were able to defeat the Elite 4 without training anywhere, so I don't know why yours can't, I mean, I never trained them anywhere...
Well, all I can suggest is to keep fighting pokemon in Victory Road, or just keep taking them through the Elite 4 as far as you can, even though you might lose against Agtha or something, you'll still be able to level your pokemon up against Lorelei and Bruno.
For beating the Elite 4, I can suggest you use a the following types of pokemon to make it easier on you.
Lorelei - Fighting
Bruno - Fire and Psychic
Agatha - Psychic and/or Ghost
Lance - Electric and Dragon/Ice
Rival - Flying/Psychic, Electric/Grass, Water/Ground, Ghost/Dark, Fighting.
I've tried beating the E4 with Blastoise, Parasect, Moltres, Raichu, Pidgeot, and Dragonair, but I only got as far as Bruno (I kept losing against his Machoke). It's really my fault because I didn't level them up correctly, but I'll probably keep trying against the Elite Four. Thanks for the advice.
My advice is to use the vs seeker at these locations:
Route 8: the bottom trainer of the four-in-a-row
Route 12: the trainer couple just north of the intersection to Vermillion city
Route 13: the trainer to the left of the wooden pathway
Route 15: the trainer couple on the high path
Cycling Road: the group of six at the top
Fuschia City: the trio of bird trainers to the west
One Island: the trainer couple and the two walking trainers just outside the ember spa
all these trainers have lvl 45-55 pokemon, and some are double battles, and they helped raised my primary teams, and evolve weaker pokemon to fill the pokedex.
level 50? @_@; That's high enough for me. Err ... I recommend? a flying type over a psychic for Bruno's el supreme Machamp, even if your team is over the level 50 thing. =P
Asher: sorry I'll try to make it clearer in the future (the layout I mean)
Murpheos: You are truly very nice. I'm playing LeafGreen, and I just want my Parasect to have effective moves. As for Blastoise, is Hydro Cannon really effective? I've been wary to have Blastoise learn it because it leaves you immobile for the next turn, which is definitely open to weakness.
Thank you for your praise, kasumistarmie, it is most appreciated.
As for your questions, Iron Tail can be found in the Celdaon City Game Corner, unfortunately it is very expensive (80000 coins), so maybe it is better to go with dig for raichu (more accurate).
Hydro Cannon is basically a one-hit wonder, coming from a water pokemon. the chance of missing is 1 in 10, so its basically at matter of odds. Hydro Pump is 1 in 5 chance of missing, and is a little weaker, so its your choice.
besides, if Hydro Cannon hits and faints the opponent, thenn just switch out, instant recharge for blastoise
