    My team is as follows:
    - Heracross: Lvl 55 @Shell Bell (Didn't found a Bug/Fighting boostitem) Swarm.
Aerial Ace, Cut, Megahorn and CloseCombat.
    - Mamoswine: Lvl 46 @Nevermeltice. Oblivious.
Ice Shard (Fast, that's why. Replace it with Blizzard -less accuracy, low amount-?)
    Rock Climb
    AncientPower
    Earthquake
    - Ampharos: Lvl 59 @Magnet. Static. (Sp. Attack > Attack)
    Strength
    PowerGem
    Discharge (Replace for Thunder?)
    SignalBeam
    - Tyranitar: Lvl 60 @Quick Claw. Sand Stream. (Attack > Sp. Attack)
    Earthquake
    Crunch
    Dark Pulse (Replace for...?)
    Stone Edge
    - Dragonite: Lvl 59 @Dragon Fang. Inner Focus. (Attack > Sp. Attack)
    Extremespeed (Replace for Hyperbeam?)
    Draco Meteor (Replace for Outrage?)
    Aqua tail
    Fly
    - Gyarados -Shiny-: Lvl 51 @MysticWater. Intimidate. (Attack > Sp. Attack)
    HyperBeam
    Aqua Tail
    Surf
    Ice Fang

With this team I made it to beat the League for the first time, second I failed at Bruno cause of the substitute Hitmonchan. I climbed Mt. Silver for fun and was swept by just his Pikachu. How do I train these well, and is this even the good team?

    These are my reserves:
    - Shinx: Lvl 44. Got to evolve it twice to Luxray. @Nothing(Magnet, when replacing Ampharos)Intimidate.
    Thunder Fang
    Crunch
Scary Face (gotta replace for something?)
    Discharge
Worth to replace Ampharos? Has higher stats as Luxray, but less move variety.
    - Sneasel: Lvl 48. Got to evolve into Weavile. @Nevermeltice (When replacing Mamoswine) Keen eye.
    Icy Wind
    Slash
    Beat Up
    Metal Claw
    - Typhlosion: Lvl 40. @Charcoal. Blaze.
    Swift
    Lava Plume
    Flame Wheel
    BlastBurn
    - Houndoom: Lvl 44. @Charcoal. Early Bird.
    Beat Up
    Fire Fang
    Faint Attack
    Embargo
    - Eventually Ponyta Lvl 42: Evolve to Rapidash. @Charcoal. Run Away
    Take Down
    Agility
    Fire Blast
    Bounce
    - Snorlax: Lvl 50. @Leftovers. Immunity.
    Block
    Rollout
    Crunch
    Giga Impact.

I have other pokemon, but they are in too low levels or are legendaries. Don't get me wrong, but I don't use Legendaries cause I see that as cheating. -Although, Tyranitar and Dragonite are cheating aswell, sortof...-
It's about that I can manage to beat the Elite4 2nd time. If I can't beat Bruno, than I just don't wanna face Lance.

I have beaten Lance in Dragon's Den btw...

Moving this to the In-game Team rate section as that's where team advice stuff should go.

As for how to train - you can refight trainers via calling them (as well as gymleaders once you have higher levels still) - here's the link for when to call trainers, and the link for gym leaders as well as to how to get their numbers (you can rebattle them as often as you want in their time period, mind). That's the most useful method to train up, really.

At a glance I would advice dropping some HM moves in favour of other attacks e.g. for Amphoros Thunder Wave might be somthing to consider as it can be a useful status over Strength which you'd rarely use, and Gyaradoes would want to drop Hyper Beam for something like Dragon Dance (and two water moves on it isn't too useful either). If you grind a bit more your current main team should be alright though.

I agree, you must grind more.
If you grind, your team should do fine.
