Transfer .sav File from R4 to Cart

So, self explanatory post. I bought a Legit Pokemon White copy for PokeTransfer/PokeBank, and while googling, I saw that you could transfer .sav files from FlashCarts to Legit Copies, since i'm now going Legit from now on (and this .sav has a complete dex) with that, here's the stuff I have:

DS Lite
3DS XL
R4 running Wood
Legit Pokemon White Copy

Could use some help, i don't wanna start all over again. thanks :)

If you want to transfer your .sav file, you need to purchase an r4i Save Dongle from somewhere on the internet. They usually run about $20 to $25.

any other options? I can't seem to find a trustable place to buy the Dongle. I heard something about an FTP way?

Not sure, only real way I know is with the dongle.
