4th Gen Transferring pokemon to HG/SS

    Im sure this is a popular topic, however I havent been able to receive a straight answer to this. I have Diamond and have been playing it the last while, and want to trade my Deoxys and special Pichu to my HG.

    Do I need a 2nd DS/friend who will trade with me over wifi? Or can I somehow trade by myself over wifi?
     
    The only way you could, would be GTS and then you would have to make an impossible trade so no one else takes it, but then you couldn't take it :p.
     
    i can help but can i make a clone of ur pichu so i can put it in my ss
     
    Your Only options stand as these:
    1. You need 2 DS (Any kind) and trade from diamond to HG form where you are.
    OR
    2. Your friend needs to have a DS with your HG on it then trade via Wi-fi from your Diamond to HG! Smiple.
     
    Wow, thank you for the quick responses. Ill try to see if any of my friends picked up the game as well. This GTS thing that was brought up, would it be possible to trade to someone on here, and then have he/she trade it back to me, only with me sending on Diamond and receiving on HG?

    your friend doesnt need the game, all you need is two ds's, and You can directly trade with people over wifi if there in your friends list(Pal pad)
