Curious, Is there a way I can trasnfer pokemon from LeafGreen & Emerald to Diamond?
If so how for each cartridge?
Reason being, I'm replaying all the games, looking to transfer all the way up to diamond and further on to black and Y
Any help is greatly appreciated <3

Once you've seen all 150 Pokémon in the Sinnoh Dex (no Manaphy) you can... But you will need a DS system. The only way to move Pokémon from gen III games to gen IV games is to have the gen III game placed into the GBA slot of a DS system and then select 'Migrate Pokémon from [Game Name]' from the menu of your DPPt game. Once that's done you go to Pal Park on Route 221 and get your Pokémon by playing a short minigame.

Keep in mind you can't get them back to older games once you've moved them up!

So if you want to do something like LeafGreen up to XY and ORAS, this is basically what you have to do:

    • Get the national dex in Diamond, and go to the Pal Park to transfer over your Pokemon from the GBA games (you will need an original DS or DS Lite for this.)
    • Complete the main game for B/W (2) and go to the PokéTransfer to carry over Pokemon from Gen IV to V (you will need two DS systems for this, the models don't matter.)
    • Download the Pokémon Bank app which comes with Poké Transporter and use that to put Gen V Pokemon into Bank. After that, take the Pokemon from Bank and put them in your Gen VI game's PC.

    So basically
Gen III cart → Pal Park (to Gen IV cart) → PokéTransfer (to Gen V cart) → Poké Transporter (into Pokemon Bank) → Pokemon Bank to Gen VI cart.

Only issue is that when you bring a Pokemon up from one generation to another, you cannot bring them back to an older gen.
