Question: Transparent profile content areas?

    I've seen profiles with an image in the main background and then everything else transparent (see: Abnegation, Gerri Shin)

    How do you do this?
     
    Alright. Thought it was an effect but couldn't find it.

    Oh by the way, when you have the image you want transparent (translucent being the correct word for this situation), in Paint.NET (what I use), you have to open the image, Go to Layer properties, and use the opacity slider.
     
    You learn the CSS code for it :B
     
    If you want the background picture to show through, you will have to set the Block Border background colour to be transparent.
