Once you have the key you take it to the Eterna City Galactic Hideout building...I believe you go into the basement and then wou will find all 5 of Rotoms forms there.
Someone said you could change the date to Sept 28. or any date through there and Nov. 4th....Ive already seen people with all the Rotoms forms so its possible to get them just by changing the date...you can try....​
