3rd Gen Traveling Pokemon

When I say traveling group, I mean pokemon with the moves to get me anywhere, and great for catching pokemon. In these three games, what six pokemon, or less, can have all the best moves.

When playing Crystal, I determined it by beating the game, so I'd know when I restarted. I'd like to know beforehand now, though.

well if you want legendary. there's latios, latios, and rayquaza. Groudon and Kyogre would also work.

What do you mean by best moves? I mean, for battling, capturing or HM's for travelling?

HMs for traveling, and moves for catching pokemon.
