I'd like your Electrode and Azelf. I can offer my Gallade with Ice- and Thunderpunch and it has great IV's. I can you a modest good IV'd Heatran, too.
 
I really like your vulpix and applebear's Umbreon.
I can offer shinys:

kecleon, wailord, phanpy, chikorita,
clefable, piplup, lapras, ninetails,
bulbasaur, eevee, beldum, lombre, squirtle,

Im interested in your rayquasa, are you only after IVed pokes or will you accept events/shinies?
 
Are you willing to accept things that are not IV trained? Such as shinys/good natured Pokémon etc?

What about me?

My Dunsparce has an IV of 31 in HP and an IV of 30 in Defense.

I also have a Shiny Magnezone where all the stats save Speed got an IV of 25 or Higher.

what the hell, theres no way rapidash can learn megahorn. it has to be hacked.
