How did you find the page? I'm only finding the pages on how card shop merchants can join their program to sell/distribute their stock.

Prolly not every set has it. Go to skyridge, singles, and u will see some items have a Troll and Toad Merchant price which is different from the regular price.

Okay, so if you're talking about that Alakazam, why the price is lower on that one is that there's a card shop using Troll and Toad as their online storefront and that particular card costs less because it's in worse condition than either Troll and Toad listing.
