Suggestion: Troll Day!

There's no denying that we all get the urge to troll people. It's human nature. So how about the staff here at PC turn a blind eye for a day and allow everyone to vent their anger and frustration without fear of repercussions? We could make this an annual event and I think this could reduce trolling overall by up to 7%!!! Who's with me?

Absolutely not. Even if it's just for a day, the amount of clean-up that would have to happen the day after would be a nightmare. Members might get hurt, angry, or disturbed at some "trolling" messages left here. It's just better for everyone on this forum if the rules are constantly enforced every day without a chance for everyone to go crazy.

There are places online where you can troll to your heart's content without any fear of punishment, (like Youtube comments). But PC isn't the place.

If you are angry about something and need to vent, type it up in a document on the computer, a blog if you have one, or vent your anger in another way. But trolling people isn't the best way to deal with anger.

This reminds be of the Purge. There's going to be a group of people and they are going to flame everyone on this forum.

Anyways, this is bad. Some people could say some hurtful things and you don't know what's going on in their life.

I could call someone a fat piece of sh--, not knowing that they are insecure about their weight and end up causing some serious damage. You have to think before you go and flame someone and it's never appropriate to have a day for this.

Wait hear me out, hear me out. How about we add a few stipulations to Troll Day. Like no nudity or ethnic slurs? Come guys let the trolls have their day. Trolls are people too you know.

I honestly cant tell if you are having your's now or not(troll day that is). Regardless this is a horrible idea. As an ex-moderator I can tell you that staff puts up with enough already even without the ability to troll freely and having to clean up the mess that would come from this would be awful :( If you have to troll to have fun on a forum...maybe you should re-think your priorities!
