Well, you're going to need to train a bit more than this.

You're Skarmory has waaaay too many Flying Type moves. Take out Air Cutter, and replace it with a decently powered Normal attack like Secret Power.

For Gardevoir, removes its Confusion, and replace it with Reflect, which you can get in Lilycove City's Dept. Store.

For Gyarados, get rid of Twister, and tackle, and try replacing for Dragon Rage, and Hyper Beam. Hyper Beam you can buy the same place as Reflect. Dragon Rage you'll need a Heart Scale, and you'll have to reteach it with the Move Tutor in Fallarbor Town.

After a lot of training to where all of your Pokmon are at LEAST level 40, return to the twins, and switch Skarmory and Gardevoir to the front. Have Gardevoir use Reflect at the start of battle, and have Skarmory hit with a good attack. The next turn, have Gardevoir use Imprison. It'll block that Xatu fro using Calm Mind. THEN, use Cal Mind. If Reflect fades, use it again. After you max out on Clam Mind, use Psychic on either Pokemon.

Keep usuing this and it should put a big dent in their strategy.

HOPE it helps or makes sense to you. Im not great at explaining things like this.

Put Gyrados and Snorunt up front because Ice is good against rock and fliying and Gyrados has water type moves so he should defeat the rock types easily

  • Get sky uppercut back and remove imprison. Teach Gyarados dive or a ice type move and save it for lunatone and solrock. I dont recommend reflect since that USE mostly special attacks, use shock wave or thunderbolt instead on gardevoir. In any case just watch out for solar and ice beam otherwise they're no real threat.

  • Evolve your Snorunt into Glalie and then teach it Blizzard. Also, have Glalie out front so that it can hit Xatu and Claydol with Blizzard. They both should take some major damage from that.

Also, keep Blaziken far away in this battle. He will be a help for about one turn and will be KO'd instantly should he be hit by Psychic.

Have Banette hit with Shadow Ball and Skarmory hit with Steel Wing for some SE damage. Gyarados should come out when Lunatone/Solrock is out so that he can Surf them both.

My last piece of advice is to level up. Having all Lv40 won't do anything, trust me. Get them all to at least 44 and you'll be fine with all the above comments
