ic: i nodded to him, and looked at dorna. 'this guy dosnt look like the type that gives up easly' i thought to myself with a shiver.
 
Akira had already left her dorm. While everyone was busy with Dorna she wallked into the court yard and dissappeared up the tree. She sat on her favorite branch staring out over the dark horizan. "Why." She whispered rubbing the stone between her fingures. "Why did they come to us. Are they a curse or a blessing. I'd say both. At least for some." She sighed and closed her eyes as a light breeze swpet through the tree. 'You're journey has only just begun.'
 
I left them, fearing for more danger. This was a miracle I had to earn, and one wrong might lose all. I sat on a large rock that couldn't be picked up, and stared at my palm. I'd learned fortunetelling by looking at the small wrinkles. It was better than nothing. Suddenly a hand was placed on my shoulder. I stood up and saw the principal, carrying a flashlight. "Your mother heard about this, and she tells me to send you home."
I stood frozen. While he made a gesture with his hand that seemed to say, 'this way to hell. That rock is mine.' Then I knew, it was Dorna's power that made him do that. "Stop!" I yelled as he reached for my hands. "I'll give your rock back, let me go...!"
 
Akira heard Mary yell. "Stop! I'll give your rock back, let me go...!" She jumped out of the tree which wasn't very smart. She twisted her ankle but it could have been alot worse. She ran towards the sounds the wind blowing hard around her. "Mary!" She called. "Mary don't give him the stone!"
 
The principal had started to walk away when he heard Akira shout. He turned back. "Well, well. My favourite female student trying to help my slave? You don't want to be like that. Let her give the stone or dion't be sorry I send her home!" That wasen't him at all. It was Dorna, appearing like him. I could hear it from his voice. I shouted, "Wait a minute, your not the principal, your a lie, an illusion, Dorna...!"
 
"I guessed as much." Said Akira her eyes narrowing. She held the blue-gold stone in her hand and closed her eyes. She hadn't practiced anything but she thought she knew what to do. A powerful gust of wind was sent at Dorna. It died down then became a tornado but the only one it was affecting was Dorna. "Get out of here before I give you the Wizard Of Oz treatment."
 
Wizard of Oz treatment? I thought that to be funny, but was more busy running to Chris and Teresa, rather than laughing. When I got to their dorm, I reached for my rock. It was gone. I turned back and couldn't find Akira. Too much darkness. Dorna must have grabbed it when I wasen't looking....
 
i ran over to mary, with chris behind me. i saw her in her dorm, and ran in. "mary, what happened?" i cried. i looked at her hand. the stone wasnt there. "oh my god. that bastard!" i screamed. "mary, where did he go!!!"
 
I was relieved Teresa was there. "Yeah, he dressed up as the principal. Threatened to send me home. I couldn't find the way back without some light. I'll need you coming with me also." I grabbed Teresa by the arm and tried again to find the place. "Akira is there. She stopped me from giving him the stone. She could be in danger...!"
 
"this is turning into one big mess!" i cried as i pulled chris out of the room. i didnt get it, why were we chosen? why couldnt it have been my roommate? i hate her!
 
No use getting angry now. We have to get this settled. If this gets any worse I'll be first to give in. But for now, just calm down. Think of ways, maybe? We're not dead yet, so there's still hope." I felt some wind blow. It was Akira's rock stone signaling us. I followed it and eventually found her. Dorna had gone, but what had she done to him..?
 
i decided to remain quiet for a while. i had cursed, and a mad a silent sware not to do it anymore. when mary and alana began to talk, i sorta stayed out of it. i was beginning to think that i didnt want this job anymore.

Scream? I thought there was some kind of sound, since Akira was silent. I turned and saw that Teresa had gone, but dropped her stone. I picked it up and it still had some glow. I made my way to her dorm and handed it over. "Here Teresa, you dropped this. Be careful, don't lose it. Very dangerous with Dorna around. Akira might have my stone. Hold on." I said and disappeared to find Akira again.
 
i watched her leave the room. i looked at the ground. i left my dorm, and found a dark corner. i sat down, and began to cry, not hard, the type of cry where the tears roll down your cheek, and you dont notice. i made no noise. and stayed there for who knows how long.

i squeezed the stone, and became furious. i stood up, just in thime for Dorna to appear. "give me the stone" i said. amother tear rolled down my cheek. "go to hell!" i cried as i ran up to him, and began to punch him, but not doing any damage. "you ruined my life you *****!" i screamed as i shot a jet of fire at him.

he dissappered, and reappered behind me. i dropped to my knees, and began to cry. i looked behind me, and there was no one there. i cried even harder. i left the shadow, and went to my dorm. i pulled out my scissors, and held it to my wrist.

that was when the principle walked in, and snatched the scissors away. he pulled me into the office, and began to dial my home number. i was in trouble.
 
Something told me that I'd be safe if Akira kept the rock. Dorna wouldn't come get me. I wanted to see if the principal really was himself or Dorna, since he can't have appeared in front of me and in front of Teresa at the same time. Or could he? I walked over to the principal's office. Nobody there. I saw Teresa being taken away by him, turning around a corner. It was the principal, with some sharp scissors in his hand. Is that man Dorna? He glanced at me, with an evil grin, but walked away. Teresa looked worn out. What had he done...?
 
Akira remained silent. She looked at the stone Mary had dropped. It felt as if it was trying to get back to Mary. "What's going on." She was confused but walked to the principals office. Seeing no one she walked back to her dorm. No one. She spotted them down the hall a ways. She headed towards them. "Mary here. I know you probably don't want it but it's yours. Something bad will happen if I keep it." She seemed different some how. Though even she couldn't tell why.
 
"Same goes for both of us, Akira." I said as I grabbed the object in Akira's hand. "Teresa is in danger. I wonder how we can help her, any ideas? If she is gone, which one of us will take care of one extra stone? And also, where is Dani? He seemed to have disappeared, without him this place will be darkened forever...." My voice trailed off..
 
Akira nodded. "We have to help Teresa then we have to find Dani. This is not how school is supposed to be. Adn if you ask me there's someit weird with the staff. Anyway come on." Her voice was quiet and she kept staring into space. She flicked the stone around her neck and started walking.
 
I secretly followed the princepal and tresea and snuck into the offace and to let tresea know i was the i made a leaf grow out of the chair. the princepal lifted the phone to his ear but just before he could dail tresea's home no vines surrounded the phone too tight for the old princepal to get loose while he was strugleing with the vines more came from the back of the wall and tied around him before pulling him back and securing him to the wall. tresea got up and we both walked out. once outside i whispered to tresea 'you know we are going to get expelled because of this' i said before hunting for akira and mary when we found them i told them what happened to the princepal and that he will be free at 10:00 tonight and it was already 8
