3rd Gen Trying Emerald Again

Hey, I am trying again on my emerald file, with the intention of getting a latios for the battle tower. Here is the team I am planning on making for the battle tower, could you guys tell me whats wrong with it, or what to improve? I want to get at least 52 straight wins.

Metagross - Impish
@Shell Bell
252 HP / 16 Atk / 164 Def / 64 SpD / 12 Spe
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk


Swampert - Relaxed
@Leftovers
252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpA

Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam
Protect

Latios -???
@ Lum Berry
Dragon Dance
Sadow ball
Earthquake
Recover


I want to be able to reuse this on the platinum battle tower, so any help fixing this team would be aprreciated.

Metagross - Adamant

252 Atk / 96 Spe / 160 HP (252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP)
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
~ Agility

Agility and you become faster than anything and then just sweep. If on low HP, explode.

The set doesn't quite work as well in platinum, but a heckload more stuff does. Everything *smogon.com link removed* can give a load of trouble to the Battle Frontier.

The rest of it's alright, but there's an incredibly godly Alakazam set that you might want to think about.

Alakazam - Modest
@Leftovers
Fire Punch
Psychic
Ice Punch
Calm Mind/Recover/Thunder Punch

Because these moves are special in RS, it makes Alakazam a god. Especially after one Calm Mind.
