Hiii I am here to ask help about rom hacking. I tried learning it but it's looks like it's not cup of my tea but i have few ideas about rom hacking. (I mostly like to edit Pokemon and attacks.) Anyone interested to implement the stat changes and create a rom with it plzz let me know

Asking someone to do it for you isn't exactly asking for "help". If all you're doing is editing pokemon how is it not your cup of tea? It's literally just "download hexmaniacadvance and start typing numbers".
In any case the odds of someone wanting to spend their time to implement your ideas for you is very slim.

Hey there I'm new to making rom hacks but I have a really cool story idea for a game and want to get started. I started looking at software used to make rom hacks and seems hit or miss and doesn't seem to work the same way it does with online tutorials.
