Hotel Impossible. Not just because watching Anthony rip into incompetent hotel owners is entertaining, but also the jaw-dropping sheer incompetence of said hotel owners is simply staggering.
The renovations weren't my big draw to the show - sometimes Anthony and his designers are a bit too quick to throw something to the wind simply because it isn't to their personal tastes of "modern decor." But the show gave some interesting insights into the hotel industry and the right and wrong way to do things - even if the show specifically doesn't cover major chain hotels.
