    Note: The RP is now closed to any more people wanting to post a sign-up and/or reserve a spot, we have a lot already. Please don't anyone else ask.

    The local professor of Twilight City has sent off a new group of trainers to begin their journey. Due to the increased amount of crime in Kyou, the lab administration has decided that instead of sending off trainers individually, they will travel together in small groups consisting of 5-6 people. This way if trouble arises the faction will surely be able to fend off anything that may pose a threat.

    One such group has just left. They have moved on to the neighboring city of Twilight, Radiance City, the location of the very first Gym. They have just stopped in the Pokemon Center to take a little rest from the long trek.....

    Objective: You're just a regular trainer that's traveling with the group mentioned above, trying to earn badges and train your Pokemon. The group didn't talk much on the way there so you're pretty much just meeting the other trainers...

    However, if you choose to take a look at the news or even a local paper you'll find that lots of crime has been springing up all over the region. What could possibly be happening? Maybe you'll find out something during your adventure, who knows...

    Rules

    First off, there's going to be a few guidelines here. You must comply with ALL RPG rules that have been posted and stickied in this very forum. I'd suggest you go there and take a look at them. If a rule is broken, then you'll be issued a warning. if it happens again, I'll kick you out. It's as simple as that. Also, here's a couple more things:

    - No Psychic powers (Sorry, I'd like this to be as normal as possible)

    - No anthromorphs/hybrids

    - I do not want to see people with a Dragonite or a Salamence! You haven't even gotten your first badge yet, so you won't have a lot of Pokemon nor will they be very strong. Don't worry, you'll catch more Pokemon and evolve others as things move along

    - No special powers (Pretty much sumarizes everything here)

    -As in the RPG rules, I want four FULL lines of text in each of your posts. I don't want you stopping in the middle of the line and going to the next line because you're too lazy to actually do four full lines. I want to extend all the way from the beginning to the end. =3

    Appearance: (What do they look like? Pictures are okay, but any parts of the body that the pic does not show you MUST describe)

    Other: (Optional. List anything that won't fit it any of the above categories)
    RP Sample: (Even if I know you already, this is REQUIRED, that way it's fair to everyone)

    Umm, yes, I'm still going on. I made it a couple days ago, but it hadn't been approved until just a little while ago. I'm sure not many people have noticed it yet.
     
    I must say it looks interesting as well! Reserve me a spot cause I'm a bit tired now...
    So are we playing as one character? Or do we roleplay as the whole group...as in we make 1 group ourselves? (sorry that may have sounded confusing...I'm quite confused myself!)

    Actually, you make one character. Everyone else does as well and then they all travel together in one group.

    Name: Jen, Nicknames: JJ, (Jay-Jay) Jennie.
    Age: 15
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: Jen is always wearing Her favorite dark, denom flares and a shirt that rises above her belly button. Her shirt is a shade of dark green, and she always wears a denom jacket over the short-sleeved shirt. She has a skinny figure, and her brown eyes match her long, dark brown hair. She always wears a green jewel clip in her hair, she calls it good luck. Her necklace is made of jade, and it's in the shape of a rabbit. She says, "I only wear it for two reasons; One because my grandmother gave it to me, and two, I can't play my gameboy without it."
    Personality: Jen is sweet, sometimes sassy, but hardly anyone knows that because she hardly ever comes out of her house. She has few friends, and is loyal to them all. She hardly ever speaks, not even to voice her opinion. She's a fantastic writer, and thinks of writing a book about herself some day called, "Speak now or forever hold your peace." She calls it, "The perfect sentence to describe me." She's addicted to her GameBoy. She is also very shy, and gets freaked out by pokemon bigger than a Flygon. She isn't exactly a social butterfly, either. She has hardly ever lied in her life, she knows that if she does, she gets grounded from her precious game boy.
    Pokemon:

    Bulbasaur, Female.


    History: Her mom and her dad had gotten divorced, and occasionally she went to see her dad in another state, but otherwise she lives with her mom. She has never been in an orphanage, but ran away once when her mother told her she couldn't have her gameboy back. Her mother was looking all night for her, and found her -with her gameboy- under a slide at the end of their trailer park.
    Other: Jen is good in most every school subject, besides gym. "Ya run around in circles, ya shoot some hoops... whadda ya gain? Sweat."
    RP Sample: (This is from another RP ^^) Same Old boring day. I had been laying on my comfy bed, with my life-long friend and pokemon, Cinna, the Eevee. I gave out a heaving sigh flipping thoughtlessly through channels. Channel 02.. 03... 04 BOOM The news came on. It was always louder than anything else.
    "Jen, honey! Turn that down!" Came an echoing voice from mother's world. "Okay, mum!!" I rolled my eyes, making me look straight at abuot ten Suicune-posters on my ceiling. I snatched the remote from my nightstand beside of me and hit a triangular button turning the volume on the TV down. I was about to continue flipping through channels when the TV mentioned something about Suicune, my favorite pokemon.
    "There have been sightings of the legendary Suicune all over the state," Says a reporter. I gasped and the remote fell from my limp hands onto the carpeted floor. Cinna jumped in surprise, and I calmed her down by patting her head. "Suicune..." I continued watching. "..one person was even killed! We are looking for it now, making SURE it won't cause any more trouble, with traps and guns." Tears fell from my eyes. "They can't! They can't kill Suicune!!" I buried my head into my pillow, and I heard something fall onto the ground. I looked over the side of my bed. A Suicune figure. I cautiously grasped it in my hands and examined it. Suddenly, on the screen appeared the same figure-- but larger and more real. My jaw dropped open. "Don't kill it!" I screamed into my pillow, as I forced myself to turn around. "Don't kill Suicune!"

    Name: Mim Garner

    Age: Sixteen

    Gender: Female

    Appearance: Long, curly black hair hangs lightly to her hips, and bright blue eyes peer out from the frame of almost-perfect eye lashes. A white tank top and baggy gray pants cling both attractively and comfortably to chocolate-brown skin.

    Personality: Mim is collected and calm, and mostly silent. But when in the need, her words are worth gold and have some meaning behind them.

    Pokemon: Charmander

    History: Mim, for the most part, had grown up in a suitable environment. Her mother and her father were kind and gentle, and both had jobs, but made sure to spend time with their only child. Mim refused to be self-centered and spolied, though, like most other only-child children. She grew up with the need of adventure, and when the day came...she was all for it, despite the dangers and challenges that lay ahead.

    Other: Even though Mim choose to be a Pokemon Trainer, she really wasn't into the whole collect gym badges thing. Acting more as a supporter and friend, she travels with her group, but still raises Pokemon, and sometimes participates in trainer-to-trainer battles.

    RP Sample: A rose petal, soft and vibrant in color, came to land on her curly black hair. Mim shifted her head, and it fluttered lazily down onto her folded hands. A pleasing smile gracing her lips, Mim raised her hands, cupping the rose petal within them. Flattening her hands, palms up, she lowered her head, bright blue eyes glittering as she gently blew at the rose petal. It came to life, fluttering away, landing in the cool stream of water that flowed slowly and steadily past her feet. A day of peace and beauty...
    (I know that had nothing to do with much, but it's something. ^^)

    Alright, like I said, I have some info.

    Name: Ryan (Does it have to be a full name?)

    Age: 14

    Gender: Male

His hair color is blue, he has red eyes and a scar on his left cheek. He has a long red cape around his neck to make him look misterious.He puts on a necklace that has a flame indept on a stone to give him courage. He wears a glove on his right hand but not on the left.

    Personality: Ryan is someone who doesn't have many friends, because he doesn't wish to. He's very lonely and likes to do almost everything by himself. He doesn't talk much. He can be aggressive when anyone is in his way. He likes to train his pokemon and treat them as his friends. He's always been brave and never gives up when troubles or problems occur. When he doesn't feel depressed, he trys to get closer to people and talk with them. Though, he can be shy at most times.

    Pokemon: Totodile and Houndour.

    History: Ryan's father died of cancer 2 years ago. He lives with his mother and his grandparents. His older brother left them and went to travel around the world, so he one day thought that he didn't want to stay at home. Then he decided to go on a journey with his pokemon and travel to all places he'd never been to. He hopes one day that'll he'll meet his brother face-to-face along the way. He lives in an unknown mountain where people train powerful fire pokemon. In the mountain, there was a small lake where it said that underwater pokemon live in there. Ryan went fishing one day to find some fish to eat and he came across a totodile. That is how Ryan found his first pokemon.

    RP Sample: Ryan was staring at his pokemon to see why they were so tense. He looked above and seen an amazing 7 colored bird. He wondred about it for a second, and then thought it was only his imagination. It was gone. He looked down at his pokemon once again, they were just staring back at him blindly. He turned the other way and climbed down the mountain. He came across a friend from there, as usual, he was shy. He pretended that he didn't even see him. As he was climbing, his shirt got stuck on one of the edges of the mountain. He untied it with his hand, but then fell down and landed on a river, all wet.

    Memory - Pending:Like I said, you won't have many Pokemon nor will they be strong. How did Jen come across two starter Pokemon AND three Eevee's?...

    Top::Legend - Accepted!:Though, if you don't mind, I would like it if you added a little bit more to Mim's personality~

    Roy Mustang - Pending: As soon as you you finish up everything and add the role-play sample, then I'll look at it completely. *Nudges* Though, so far, it's looking pretty good. ^^

    Alright, I edited my post.

    And as for the RP sample, I think this my first time signing up in a RP. I just wanted to join this one because I thought it would be fun.

    So.. I don't really have one. ^^;
     
    You don't have to take it from an old RP, that was just a suggestion. All you have to do is just write a little bit and show how good you can do,

    If you do not mind, Tempest, I would like to find out more about her personality as we go along. I am not one to have a character down flat at first creation--I have to work with them, and they will develope their own.

    But it you really need me to, then I shall. ^^
     
    Sorry that its not 'that' good. I'm really not feeling well and I got a fever. So I did this the best as I could.

    Name: Hanako Tsubaki
    Age: 13 ~> 14
    Gender: Female
    Appearance: Hanako is a bit smaller than the average size 13 year old. She wears a white hat, which has a little blue symbol on it of a Poochyena. She has long, thick black hair which goes just past her shoulders and up to about her hips. She has a black t-shirt, a blue jacket and short black pants. Hanako has short black boots also (not high heels).
    Personality: Hanako looks like the really quiet type, but really she is not like that at all. She is somebody who is always very calm and kind to everybody. Hanako is a very polite girl and always sticks up for her friends. Hanako can though show hatred to the ones who are cold hearted and hates those who are cruel and too self-centered. But besides that Hanako normally gets along with everybody.
    Sometimes, Hanako is quite clumsy and makes a fool of herself.

    Pokemon:
    Nickname: Shadow
    Species: Poochyena
    Gender: Male

    Nickname: Icey
    Species: Spheal
    Gender: Female

    History: Hanako had quite a normal life as a child. Supportive and kind parents, she had everything that a normal child would want and enough to live happily. Because her parents did not want to raise her up to be a selfish child, they did not give her everything she wanted. Her mother was just a normal mother, and Hanako's father was a Pokemon Ranger. Hanako tagged after her father, who loved Pokemon and he took care of the forest that they had lived in. While staying with her dad as a young child, she found a wild Poochyena who was very friendly. It came up and looked at Hanako longing for some berries that they had picked from the forest. As Hanako gave it some, she thought it was adorable and was then such a big fan of Poochyena. After deciding to become a Pokemon trainer, her father and mother gave her a present before she left, which was a Poochyena.

    Other: Hanako likes to keep her Pokemon outside of their Pokeballs at anytime possible. The only Pokemon Hanako leaves out most of the time (unless a crisis) is Shadow, her Poochyena. But Shadow, unlike Ash's Pikachu can go in the Pokeball but Hanako decides not to put him in.

    RP Sample:
    'Oh I'm so tired!' Cibera said as she started to yawn. 'Today is just going to be one normal day…' she said running towards the bus stop to come and meet one of her best friends. Akane, her friend just smiled and they both exchanged their greetings. They started to talk about what they had today and later Cibera's entire group had come. The bus came about 20 minutes after and was driven to school.

    In class, after the teacher had said good morning, a new student came in. It was a young male, who had spiky hair that seemed to go in every direction. He had a big cheesy grin on his face, and his shirt was hanging out. The teacher scolded him but he replied softly, 'No way….' Luckily for him, the teacher just told him how hard it must be for him to come to a new town, so she just pointed him toward his seat, which was next to Cibera.
    When he reached his seat, Cibera introduced herself and she stretched out her hand for a friendly handshake. 'Hello! I see you are new here. I'm Cibera, Cibera Tsubaki, it is nice to meet you.'
    He just looked at her with his cold, blue eyes and just replied, 'Get away from me you freak.' Then he just turned away, which left a stunned Cibera.
