Alright, the trait Synchronize.

Say I have a Timid Gardevoir with Synchronize. I know it works when you use Pokeradar you get the same nature %50 of the time. Does it work with random wild Pokemon and legendaries as well?

Also, for No-Guard ability on Machop/Machoke/Machamp. Does that allow it to hit ghost types, as well as make all accuracy of moves %100?

no your thinking of scrappy , no guard isn't that good....

yes but type immunity still apllies meaning fighting moves not hitty ghosts

Synchronize works on wild pokes meaning even Legendaries are affected but you might have to soft-reset to get good IVs

No-Guard does not affect the type immunity but will still the accuracy,so a gengar's hypnosis will hit 100% of the time.
