Question: Two User Groups...

secondary usergroups (display options) show up if you have had a secondary usergroup added.. it allows you to choose which ug you want to display.

Primary usergroup:
Registered Users

additional usergroups:
Registered Traders
Registered Users - Blogger
Registered Users - DCC-ban​

You may be a registered user and have been given blogging permissions.. It will be set as a secondary usergroup and you can, in your user cp, choose to use it's display instead of your default group, and so on.. (it was used a lot more when we had a bunch of custom joinable groups before the new vB incorporated it in the social groups..)
