Depends on what you want it to do/what it's moveset would be. But in general, yes, that would work.
 
i want it as a special sweeper but should i put the rest in speed hp defense or sp defense? cuz i dont think its a good idea to jack it up completely with sp attack.
 
Since you're only asking for an EV spread and not even a moveset, this'd be better off in the Simple Q&A thread.
