Tyranitar Move Help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, so if it really is please shift it to the right one.

I'm looking to teach my Tyranitar 2 moves, a.k.a. Pursuit and Stealth Rock. Pursuit is learnable by a few Pokemon, and Stealth Rock can be obtained by transferring a Pokemon from D/P/Pt to the Gen V versions. However, there are no 2 Pokemon that can learn both moves. How can I make Tyranitar learn both moves?
