tyrogue help

    ok im trying to get a hitmontop, and need my tyrogues attack and defence stats to be equal when it reaches level 20, my question is where can i train it where it wont raise its attack of defence???
     
    route 207 ? if im right its the one above oreburgh city, with machop and geodude and larvitar in, should make you stay even
     
    ^^ ye that would work, go on a spree in the battle tower and use one BP to buy each, then buy multiple of the them
