I can't wait to play this my pre-order is in as soon as I can.

It just looks so much of an improvement on D/P

OK, so I guess my pre-conceived release date is false, figures Gamestop would pull something like this. I thought it was going to be April 22nd 09

I am definetly pre-odering it though. And yes, from that wretched place, but I don't wanna spam this thread up with my rants, hehe

Only hopefully this wont be as much of a let down as I heard Brawl was. But heck, I'm still messing around on Pearl and havent even beat it yet...so I think I can stay occupied until then^^
 
I'm really excited about the release!
 
I am just happy I know the date because I refused to download the Japanese version with a translate patch even for the US version a long time ago, so I can wait longer :/
 
I have been looking ALL over the web as to where to pre-order the english vesion (like I did with the jap one) with no luck yet, but will keep looking, I did the same with the jap one and only got lucky when it was a little more than a month before the release over there.
I'll let ya'll know if I find any thing out about the pre-release orders.

I'm psyched! Platinum should definitely help revive my wifi spirits, even though hopefully I'll get around to re-doing some teams before then.

The mega-access by players from the U.S., Canada, England, and Europe to Platinum move tutor moves should really spice up the meta-game. I'm going to have to alter Hypnosis strategy quite a bit, though. =/
 
Yeah, Ive got to go pre-order it as well. Augh I can't wait!
 
I'm probably not buying it... I have everything I need in my Pearl version...
