I'm not normally one to use Legendarie, let alone Ubers, but I thought I would make a team just for the Ubers metagame, where they won't be considered the n00b's way to an easy win. Rate & Fix:

    Rayquaza@Choice Band
    Jolly
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch
    -ThunderPunch

Choice Band Sweeper derived from Draco Meteor-ing Specs-Mence.

    Kyogre@Choice Scarf
    Modest
    -Water Spout
    -Thunder
    -Ice Beam
    -(Any ideas?)

Water Spout loses power as Kyogre loses HP, but with over 400 Sp.Atk & Spd, and 300 base Power (Factoring in Drizzle + STAB), he won't be gettin' hit much.

    Groudon@Shell Bell
    Jolly
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch
    -ThunderPunch
    -Bulk-Up

Shell Bell is Groudon's only way of Recovery, and due to mediocre speed, he will need it. However, factoring in Groudon's very high Atk and Bulk-Up, it's more effective than you might think.

    Darkrai@Life Orb
    Timid
    -Dark Void
    -Nightmare
    -Dream Eater
    -Dark Pulse

For help in set-ups, and a Dark/Ghost resistance.

    Lugia@Leftovers
    Bold
    -Calm Mind
    -Aeroblast
    -Recover
    -Shadow Ball

    Standard Lugia. Long-lasting tank.

    Speed Deoxys@Letovers
    Impish
    -Cosmic Power
    -Zen Headbutt
    -Recover
    -Brick Break

This is just what happened with my shiny Deoxys. Not seemngly impressive, but with good Speed, Cosmic Power and Recover, it's harder to tackle than it first appears.

Kyogre can throw in Rest or Calm Mind for the last slot. It needs a defensive move - it has all the offenses it needs

Actually, choice scarf kyogre is a huge threat in Ubers...CM wouldn't really help it.

Hidden power could be useful. I'm not familiar with kyuber's 4th gen movepool, so yeah...

Here's a tip with Kyogre and Groudon:

    Kyogre @ Choice Specs
    Modest Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP

    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Thunder
    Water Spout

I'd put the specs on Kyogre instead. Send this out and mash things. Nuff said. Double STAB (Water Type and Drizzle) Water Spout at Max HP can 2HKO a max Sp. Def Blissey, so if you can draw your opponent to switch to Blissey, it works out perfectly.

    Groudon @ Salac Berry/Life Orb
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP

    Swords Dance
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    ThunderPunch/Rock Polish

Here, the key is to Swords Dance while your opponent damages you and activates Salac. Then proceed to sweep. This can be devastating, but it is also very risky. If you don't want to take the risk, run Rock Polish and Life Orb instead.

    Calm Mind > Choice Specs

They offer the same Special Attack boost but Calm Mind gets Special Defense boost as well.

Btw, the Dark Void / Nightmare / Dream Eater is complete fail. Darkrai already has Bad Dreams and that strategy is ruined by a simple switch on pokemon.

EDIT: on a further note, Giratina is definitely a suitable wall. Its massive HP stat is rare, and SR/Icebeam Blissey.

Why don't you put Eruption on Groudon?

Attack Deoxys w/ Focus Sash is preferred over Speed Deoxys.

Focus Sash lets it survive for one turn and get Speed Deoxys out.

Deoxys's Speed is high enough at 150 base, just inflict the most damage possible.

choice scarf kyogre pwns this is why i had trouble beating mysterial.

where arceus with a total of 720 he should be there

Because I'm pretty sure he's illegal. If I used Arceus I'd be called a Hacker all over the joint. But when I CAN get & use one, I probably will.

Anyway if Darkrai won't work, what could I use in its stead to resist Ghost/Dark moves? After all I have 2 Psychic types...

Actually, something like Fire Blast is a must on Groudon... otherwise an almighty Uber can and will be beaten by a mere OU like Skarmory, or Bronzong.

I was talking about the sunnybeaming all-special one. even for killing steels, fire blast would be much better. I mean, eruption is so situational.
