    My least favorite design from Gen1 overall is Wartortle, but that's not fully evolved.

    I suppose Dragonite is a disappointment given Dragonair's design, but I actually like Dragonite by itself.

    Lickitung and Hypno are both kinda bland, I guess.

    Not really any I would call ugly. Just ones I'm not too fond of.
