Ugly Shinies

I hate pokemon with shiny forms that are the same freaking color or very minor changes like Garchomp >_<

Call me weird, but many of the "ugly shinies" people are posting are actually some of my favorites. Absol, Hariyama, Seviper, Kyogre, and Weezing are beautiful in my opinion. Anyway, back on topic, ugliest shiny would have to be:

OMG YES. Garchomp isn't an ugly shiny, but it by far the WORST imo. Which is a shame too! Gible is a nice shiny! Why can't a beast like Garchomp have good shiny coloring?

I like Octillery, in case you didn't notice. But its shiny sprite saddens me greatly.

That's just...yuck. It looks like you left a regular one out in the sun too long and it faded XD. I sorta want to try to get a shiny Octillery just so I can have one, but that's just so...blah. I don't think I would ever use it. Which is unfortunate.

Also, Scizor.

I guess it's a little neat, but green just isn't his color in my opinion.

Not so much an ugly shiny, but wtf Persian?! I can barely see the difference!

Also, I only noticed this because I had an encounter with a shiny Caterpie in Ilex Forest. I don't know whether to evolve it, because shiny Butterfree is pretty damn ugly, IMO.

All of the similar sprite and "puke-green" shinies I don't like (ranging from sickly-green to dark-green), especially dragonite... they messed that one up so badly =.=...

Some of the gen iv/v pokes are laughable too... may just depend on your opinion for this part, but for me, below are some of the worst shinies ever (not that the pokemon itself is bad)

okay now Kyurem looks like an angry chicken.

can't they design some better shinies? They're like one in eight thousand something whatever, and they treat us with bad colours when we encounter one.

I think shiny Kyurem and Garbodor are pretty! n_n But I agree with Druddigon and Hydreigon being ugly. Oddly enough, it seems like a ton of people have a shiny Deino/Zweilous/Hydreigon...idk what makes puke green more popular than blue and purple tbh. :P

Some shiny Pokemon that I hate are...


Moltres: Everything stays the same except for it's boy colour which changes from golden yellow to a light pink colour which just looks awful. Doesn't look right at all in it's shiny form.

Exeggutor: In it's shiny it looks rotten. It's leaf turn from a vibrant green to a rusty red colour while the trunk, or if you like, body turns from a brown to a sick yellow. It's shiny form is like a tree in Autumn time.

It many people has different looks towards other things. I, for one, think that Deino and its evo family, is a great shiny Pokemon.
