    I dont know if its rumors or not but on a Youtube video coment I found this:

    Masuda from game freak (director of diamond and pearl) is advising everyone to play this saturday (12/1/08) because of an 'unknown suprise'


    anyone know anything about this?

    Fly to snowpoint city

    Fly to snowpoint city and you will notice the snow is different. Ive had this some times its rare.

    yeh the event is to celebrate Jun'Lchl Masuda 40th birthday (Jan 12)

    basically the snow in Snowpoint City is a Diamond Dust weather effect which is a very rare weather effect
     
    i noticed something different except from the snow i went to the grass and i found a wild piplup
