When you make friends on this site that are girls, and you might like one of em, you pair. Meaning all of PC knows that you two are a PC item.

It's not a literal boyfriend girlfriend relationship (as many people think it is). Just a little online shpiel...
 
Well, sadly, many people do take it really seriously, which hasen't been the original purpose of the whole idea in the first place? o.O;
Lots of people don't put their pairs in the sig. It's your choice.
 
^ I haven't seen anyone take it TOO seriously...

Btw, I think pairing should be added to the FAQ @.@
 
That post contradicts itself. Pairing is for fun, and not meant to be taken seriously. Making a FAQ section about it is taking it seriously.
