1) Collect All 16 Bages
2) Have your team of 4 hit level 80(if you hit 100, you get a prize)
3)Capture Suicine,Rioku, and Entei.
side note- The master ball may only be used on Entei
4)Complete the pokedex(just view the pkmn, you dont have to catch them all)

I did this a while ago, With a level 100 Typhlosion, Poliwrath, pidgeot and Dragonite (hes not on the list) and i traded over all pokemon (except I didn't see Celebi).
