i recomend the second one becuase the speed and sp.attck arent really much of a difference.and the second one has like 30 more stats than the other one in both defence and sp.defense.

and dragun no you shoudnt give it rapid spin

1.it has crap power
2.its speed is already enough to outrun most pokes
3.its a pyhsical attack

Give the defensive starmie rapid spin so that you can clear away spikes and stealth rock. Its not about the damage its about removing traps.

No.This is actually his profile but he never used it since the day he created it so i took over his file.he dosn't really like battling and trading.He has diamond but i dont know why he dosnt battle or trade.
