Take another look at the conditions: your post count has to be 20 or more, and you have to offer rarer Pokemon as collateral. Once you meet those criteria, then sure.

Hey, could I get a Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle?
 
It's pretty ridiculous how many people can't do simple things like following their sentences with a period.

Anyway, can I request a Scizor and Dusknoir? I know you love Bidoofs, but the only pokemon I can spare are eevees, some starters, and some other common non-Bidoof pokemon.

Indeed. It also amazes me how many people can't catch a simple Bidoof...

Um, like I said to Shift a little while ago (who wanted a Piloswine) and I believe is in the first post, I'm not trading evolved Pokemon at this time. Scyther & Duskull, I can do, but not their evolved forms.

Uh...I have Gligar, but besides the fact that I don't want a Sneasel (not even one with Ice Punch),...you might want to use the shift key a little bit more with your i's.

I could use firered and ruby exclusives, as well as pokemon you get from inserting either game into the GBA slot on the DS. A meowth, for example.
