Umbreon and Hypno as BPers

Okay, I was thinking of this for my team I'm making in 3rd gen.

Okay, this is pretty standard. At least mean look and BP are.

It gets BP from XD, from admin Gorigan.

So here was my thought: I have steelix on my teams almost always as my physical wall. I feel it could be a lot more useful if umbreon gave it wish support as well as the benefits of curse. That way it could take CBed EQs much better, and maybe be able to take out metagross or stuff like that.

You all also probably know Kingdra is also seen on all of my teams. I figured it could receive CM from Hypno, as it's my special sweeper, and could be a much more effective attacker. Thunder Wave would also give kingdra enough speed on the opponent to not need to set up the rain.

So here's my question, which will probably turn plural here in a minute: Is this BP strategy flawed or can it work? I have two open slots on my team, so the two others could also benefit. Let's say I incorperate Scizor into my team. Then it receives curse as well and gets a major attack and defense boost. That's just hypothetic though. In case you don't understand my strategy,

So are you planning on adding a BPing Scizor if you use Hypno and Umbreon as BPers as well or not?

In any case, BPers help out the team greatly, unless the opponents are (P)Hazing constantly then you should have no problem beefing up pokemon that need to be (or some that don't but its fun to anyway)

Well, in emerald you can'ty get trick room...so my srategy can work? Scizor was a hypothetical pokemon, not someone on my team. But yes, any good pokemon that benefit from the BPers I'd like to know about. Thanks.
