    you put Hp EVs twice
    other then that, it looks pretty good to me. Wish-passer and can inflict poison and confusion. pretty sweet defense and Sp defense

    hmmmm im not a big fan of swagger on umbreon nut curse>confuse ray imo
    but if it has a perfect def ivs theres no need to raise a new one cuz u have a pretty good moveset, evs, and ivs

    Your Umbreon has Baton Pass but it doesn't have anything to Pass with O_O you don't need Baton Pass to Pass Wish.

    There ya go. Umbreon is always a TrapPasser. It can trap the opponent in confusion or Baton Pass a Sub / Curse. Taunt stops Phazers that wall Umbreon. Wish is nice since the next pokemon sent out will get a half HP restore AND a Stat Boost / Trap / Sub.

    Itachi is right. You cannot have both Toxic & Confuse Ray without Mean Look. All I must do is switch out. Ends confusion and turns Toxic into plain boring Poison.

    Wait... what? Itachi didn't even post in this thread <.<;

    ToxiTrapping is pretty bad since when most trainers sense a Toxic - they'd send out Heracross to get GUTS boost and to wall Umbreon's Taunt.

    EDIT: o and btw - Wish don't need to be Baton Passed, Xairmo e_e

    Confuse Ray is a great move, but some people prefer Moonlight over Wish. It's all a matter of prefrence, and which way you decide to utilize Umbreons uber defenses.
     
    Seems pretty good to me. Wish is good, but in my opinion Moonlight would probably be better. I'd also at least have one offensive attack so just in case, in battle, it can defend itself in case some of those moves like Confuse Ray or Toxic fail. (Like if you're fighting a Pokemon that can't be confused or poisoned) It would really suck if your Umbreon ended up being the last Pokemon in the battle and couldn't poison/confuse.

    This is just my opinion. Sorry if it doesn't help, I'm probably not very good at move setups. I'm just saying what I think would work.

    Ill go with that thanks Penguin, and no I dont think Confuse Ray is hax sort of like move
    so movesets will be something like
    -Wish
    -Mean Look
    -Baton Pass
    -Yawn? I like to annoy my opponents =P

    By the way what happened to Itachi 2007?
     
    Yawn can force switches. Its ok, I guess.

    Itachi? Oh great. One too many warnings. More than likely its only temporary.

    Good Lord, no it wouldnt.

    1.Hyper Beam fails ON ANY POKEMON due to the recharge and sets you for a revenge kill, in this case close combat.
    2.Psychic has horrible type coverage.
    3.Umbreon cant learn Night Shade OR Recover.
    4.Umbreon's OFFENSES ARE FAIL (Unless it gets STAB e.g Dark Pulse or Payback which can 2hko Azelf and Gengar or other weak psychic/Ghosts) !!
    5.Do some research on competitive battling please, infact pokemon and movesets in general, because if he was a n00b your advise would hurt him.

    No. This would never work. I'd resay everything that Dark_Azelf has said, but I think by now you get the point. >_> Even a moron like myself who probably isn't the best person at doing this crap knows that this is bound to fail. (especially since two of the moves can't even be learned O_O)
     
    *cough* Confuse Ray = HORRIBLE move. Hax move really.

    Wish Passing Umbreon or Curse Umbreon makes great choices
