I'd say Shadow Ball over Earthquake on Snorlax so that it doesn't get raped by Gengar (assuming that ML wasn't passed on). You've already got plenty of quakers. And are all those Def EVs really necessary?

Well, I didnt really make this team, but im gonna assume that rest is to go with the fact that Sandstream is on the team, and i dont have a cleric. And I'm considering Shadow Ball on Lax as well, as there is definitely a McGar weakness in here.
