umm... HELP!

    ok, a couple days ago i turned off my windows computer. the next day when i go to turn it on, it complains about " The drive not being mountable" then it waits for a keypress then restarts. can someone please tell me what to do, im stuck using a liveCD of linux
     
    Linux isn't that bad. :p

    Um... If you turn off your computer, you should check if the data ribbon and power cable are plgged in on your harddisk.
