My screen is now sideways and everything is soooo messed up please help

i cant really explain it i fell asleep and pushed some buttons and now ive gotta try working with a sideways screen i have ss but how would i host them plzzzz help me!

Wow man htat happened to me at school it just goes sideways and my friend has a habit of pressing buttons all the time on my keyboard lol :D
