Question: Unable to make blog entry

Blogs are only available to Tier 2+ supporters and staff, although on occasion blogs are also offered as a prize to contests. If you need information on donating to PC, you can find the information right here! Hope this helps! :)
 
Just to add to the above, you are also permitted blog privileges once you have obtained 2,000 (non-spam!) posts on PC.
