I've seen 4 episodes in Japanese with translated to English subtitles displayed at the end. There ones that were only aired in Japan that I've seen are:
1. The Legend Of Dratini (Season 1)
2. Electric Solder Porygon But I Did Not Have A Seizure (Season 1)
3. The Ice Cave (Season 5)
4. The One Where Cilan Meets Brock And Never Gets Told His Name Although I Don't Know Why This Did Not air In English (SS027)
There are a few other side story episodes that have not been shown in English which I have not yet seen translated to English including the 2 Diamond And Perl Specials and The Road To becoming A Dragon Master which on Bulbagarden showing Iris's Dragonite fighting that other dragon Pokemon again near her home town.
