Undefined superclass 'EventScene'

    When I would playtest the game I'm making, it would say: "Script: Scene_Controls' line 8: TypeError occurred. undefined superclass 'EventScene'

    And I think his assessment is correct, you've almost certainly accidentally deleted the EventScene class, either in part, or perhaps accidentally deleted the whole script section that used to contain it.

    If you haven't changed any code in the scripts I'd recommend copying over Scripts.rxdata from a clean Essentials, and if you have then I guess you should look through a clean copy to find that missing class and copy just it over.
