Remember from Gold/Silver/Crystal that annoying set of Switches that seemed to change all the doors? Well, I want to reduplicate that into either a script or a single event that will cover 4 buttons and 4 arrows that will point in 2 directions. The Switches will control the direction the arrows will point. Turn one switch on, and the arrows will point one way (perhaps). Turn another switch on, and that other switch turns off. The arrows then shift into a new phase (perhaps). You can then go back to the previous switch and repress it to double back if you unhappy with your results, OR, try another switch, and the arrows will change AGAIN. Now you can step back 1 or 2 switches by pressing the previous or first switch if your now unhappy, OR, choose the last switch, and the arrows will change one last time.

However, this final result may not lead you to the next level... for you may have pressed the switches in the WRONG ORDER!!!

So, go back, press the first or second switch, and try a different order this time. Pressing the 1st switch, however, will NOT get you back to the beginning, to do this, your going to have to find the order that leads to the reset switch.

As you can see, this is a complicated task, and not simply "switch 1 turns arrow 1"

Anyone got any idea how to do this?

Just do the events on your own, you don't need a script to get it working... This is pretty basic event making in RMXP.

I am going to get this out of the way now...

You keep asking for a lot of basic things you should be doing yourself. They seem like pretty arbitrary requests that are for the most part, pretty basic. Constantly asking for these things, is going to lead to nobody helping you... which is actually already what is happening because they are not really genuine requests that are worth anyone's time doing. Nobody knows what you are doing with these and they are either way to specific or way to basic for anyone to want to help you do any of it.

I cannot be the only one annoyed by these requests.

lol'ing at the final comment... I wouldn't attempt what you're asking, it's too complicated for me, I like things simple, maybe you should consider making a more simple game, therefore you could probably finish your game without waiting for someone to answer a question, just my opinion anyway.
