2nd Gen underused GSCRBY pokemon

I can't belive any of you never mentioned Tangela. OR Lickitung. those are some pretty unpopular ones but i guess they are for a reason, they aren't very good.

you know, i actually like Lickitung, and i have a Tangela. Tangela is... well, Tangela's bad. not gonna lie on that one. mine has sleep powder, growth, giga drain and confusion, and the sad thing is that moveset is one of the good ones. but, it has speed and special defense that're outdone by a freaking Graveler, and no attack to speak of, so you're left to rely on special attacks (which it's very limited on learning with only grass moves, thief and confusion), and physical defense, with a type that has two popular elemental weaknesses.

as for Lickitung? i have no real qualms with it. it's just underpowered. it doesn't really have the stats to back up any of its movesets, to be honest. i like to use it anyway, and just throw things together. he still looks kinda cool, after all.

oh, and Silver Dragonair? why would you ever have shadow ball and crunch at the same time? i know they're different types, but offensively, they're the same attack. they both have 80 power, with a 20% chance of lowering special defense. i'm not calling you a liar for saying you have it, seeing as i, through some miracle, got a Houndoom with giga drain, but there's no point in having both at the same time, particularly on a pokemon such as Umbreon, whose attack and special attack stats are borderline identical.
