Considering my last thread was shut without giving me a chance to reply, i'm afraid I'm going to have to start a new one. sorry if this is frustrating for you, but i'm very frustrated i was not allowed to reply. Lucky PC is not a company as it's customer service is very ineffective.

I was told to go to a higher member of staff, i told an adminstrator...the highest (and one that I have PMed before with no trouble). Now please advise and maybe leave me a little time to reply or advise otherwise.

Once again, you could have PMed me this, you did not have to make a new thread that'll end up closed again. If it's that big a deal, PM me or another higher staff. Whoever you PMed is not the only one out there.

There would be no 'deal' at all if you followed the rules in the first place, now would there? I'm under the understanding that you revived a thread in Art, and FG closed it because it was over a month old. If this is the case, YOU are in the wrong, not HER.

This is INCREDIBLY unfair. I had to make public my problem so people were forwarned. How on earth do you think you can command any respect if you so something so naive. I have been on these forums for years and that rule was either not invented or never effected me.

I PMed FG and was disregared. I want it opened as I can't re-post my art. My rat has been diagnosed with cancer and my mother had major back surgery I would have thought would have been a good enough excuse to miss my thread by a few days.

I wish to complain as I have not had reply. *edited as said in anger from new hurtful experience*as far as I'm concerned I feel that I have been treated extremley unfairly....and your behaviour proves that the staff on this forum have run really down hill since I left.

One month revival. A thread that has gone 31 one days or one month may not be posted in. If you wish to continue the topic, start a new thread. Exceptions can be made by the moderators of certain areas.

Oh yeah, I can definately see how she was in the wrong. You are making a big deal out of nothing. To me, all it looks like you're trying to do is make FG look bad, which leads me to believe it's you who has the vandetta against her. If it was me, I would have closed it, and so would any other mod.

Since then all i get is cold, I haven't said anything since it occured several years ago, but i didn't realise i'd still receive treatment for her actions now

You've upset me terribly. You've dealt with the situation incredibly badly. Please don't repky. I hope that you get the chance to go through the same personal ordeal and lose something that you've worked hours on because all because silly people post stupidly and ruin it for everyone.

All I asked for was leniency in a bad time and all i get is grief from a very poor adminstrator. Your 15 years old, it doesn't take much to command respect from those older than you, but you've shown your age.

This matter is closed. But I will advertise it avidly unless someone can provide me with a reasonable answer instead of a heartless reply. I wish JA had seen this. She was so sad about Ni and i felt so bad she's seen it on my journal.

The rule has been around at PC since I joined and I know before that. You not knowing shows you haven't paid a lot of attention to the rules of PC in the past months.

You can haply make a new thread and post all your art. No one is going to stop you. Have high hopes for the future. This one could do 10 times better. I am sorry to hear about your mother (and rat...), but there is absolutely no excuse for breaking rules under any circumstance.

Listen here, pal, Forest Grovyle does her job. She disciplines rule breakers and would not have a personal vendetta against you or anyone.

She is doing her job and that is all that she can do. You are the one that is taking out your personal angers against her for no reason except that your thread got closed after a month. I believe if you take a minute and start a new thread it will be 10 times more popular because the new members of PC haven't witnessed your art.

Wishing evil upon Nicola shows how you can handle actions. I can only say I am ashamed that someone who has been on PC a while is so quick to wish harm on someone.

David has actually shown more maturaty than you have today. He is one of the best admins we have got and you should apologize because that is insulting to him, I'm sure.

Leniency? It's a forum rule, everyone follows them. You aren't exempt because your life has been bad.

My age has nothing to do with the matter. And personal ordeals? I lost my best friend a few weeks ago, don't go spewing garbage like that when you know nothing about me.

She can't ban you, but the person you said was not acting mature enough to be an admin can. But is not because PC is a rule abiding establishment which holds its members highly. It is just when you lose your mind the staff must take action.

She is crying and hurting and all you can do is laugh and say serves you right.

Okay, first of all, FG was simply enforcing the rules. Any other staff member would have done the same as she did. Your attacking her is simply uncalled for.

Secondly, David is one of our best staff members. I don't care if he's 15, 16, 20, or 10. He's an Assistant Admin because he earned it. And he's shown a lot more maturity than you have today.

I understand that you're going through some tough times, but that's still no excuse to start flaming the staff for enforcing the rules. It's not that big of a deal. You revived an old thread, so FG closed it and asked you to make another one. Why make a big production about it?
