[Other] Universal Pokemon Game Randomizer Troubles

    Hello, sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong section.

    I found out about the pokemon randomizer and I thought I would give it a try. So I download the file, and I found out that it needed to be extracted for it to work. So I download WinRar to extract the files, which I then did, and I when I clicked on the "randomizer" it just went to another folder with more folders within it. I have looked up various youtube videos, and I have done the same thing as they have, only to be missing the "executable jar". The file that I extracted still remains a WinRar Archive.

    If any of you could help me with this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
