This is.. Sort of a large PMD sequel revolving around Celebi and Grovyle.

Prologue
The Human Age is Over.
Static...
"Is, is this thing on?" A male, human, voice said. The voice appears to be weak, crumpled, maybe even dying.
"Oh man.. To any human still alive," The static cleared up. A blinking red light indicated the device, an Xtransceiver, was recording. It was a human male, this was for sure.
"Y'know how everyone kept thinking that the end was at 2012? Oh they were wrong.." The human male was tanned, with brown hair like uncut rock, tightly shut eyes, and a nose that wasn't there. He appeared to be wearing an orange shirt, a brown vest of sorts, and.. Well the rest wasn't visible.
"The year is 2020. Some sort of atmospheric hole opened up over Australia, and it began to expand." The male coughed. From his waist down, you could notice a large boulder on top of him. A pool of red stretched from there to his upper arms.
"The hole caused something to change in the pokemon, something... Strong. I'm in Kanto, at Pewter." The male breathed, flipping the thing around. He lightly cursed to himself, something about this "Unova Technology". A moment later, the Xtransceiver was showing Pewter, slowly.
There was a brown sky, with red, pulsing clouds. Everything was crushed or broken. Large boulders were strewn astray, like crumbs after a meal. Many called out in desperation. Some in agony. Yet, nothing moved.
"My name is Brock, and all humans alive.." Brock's voice rose.
"Leave these regions at once!"
A grumbling sound shook the Xtransceiver, and Brock screamed. A pokemon let out it's cry, and Brock's scream died down. The Xtransceiver picked up a large blue pokemon that had fins, a sharp tail, no hands but claws, and a star on it's head. The creature stomped off to the distance.
Static...
"Master, that is what we found on our patrol through Pewter." A jagged, almost incomprehensible voice announced. The video projector went blank, and a team of short blue four-legged beasts took it down with claws.
"Not bad." The Master's voice responded in the large gray figure's head. The creature scraped it's bony helmet, and it's two broken horns were now claws. This creature did look fearsome, but cowered in his Master's true gaze.
The Master was a white figure much like a human, with a long purple tail, and a tube down his neck. Two short ears lay at high alert at the top of the figure's head.
The Master lay his eyes on the large gray figure. What made him so thick? So 'strong'? So... Impostor-like strong?
The Master would find out soon enough, and when he did, he would test the subject. The so imposing look of big and bulky didn't mean strong...
It may have, or in this case, it made the large gray figure a puppet.
Something transparent and sharp shot out of the Master's 3-fingered hand, and grabbed the large gray figure. It pulled the bulky warrior to the master.
"Sir..What are you...Doing?" The gray warrior gasped.
"Just testing how strong you really are, Aggron." The Master boomed into Aggron's head.
"M..Mewtwo.." Aggron uttered as he fell limp, shaking.
"Get this one to the medical wing." Mewtwo's mind boomed to the four blue creatures. They nodded, and lifted Aggron with their psychic abilities.
Mewtwo was sitting on a throne of Black Iron, something humans had treasured. Beneath that throne were steps for anyone presenting something to Mewtwo (Mewtwo usually teleported or floated to move.) Then there was a square shaped gray room. Pillars of all colors held it up, and the door was a huge black door with a pair of eyes the size of a full grown Gyarados on it.
Behind Mewtwo were windows, that led to space. It gave him an excellent view of the stars, something he loved to do.
Mewtwo craned his head back, peering at constellations and stars.
