[UNLIMITED] Voodoo Deck

I made a thread like this before and got a bit of feedback, but it died. I've made some changes since...

I'm more of a collector than a player, but I do play the game from time to time. I'm not a hard-core collector, though, because I don't buy often or in bundles, so there are many cards I don't have. There isn't alot of competition around here and I don't play in any leagues, so my decks don't have much strategy and I run unlimited.

This is the first deck that I built that really has strategy, though one might say I'm stepping on my own foot. With this deck, I mostly deal damage to my own Pokemon in order to deal damage to my opponent's Pokemon. I've only played with it about 5 times, but I haven't lost with it.

However, I have a bad habit of adding cool looking cards to my deck, whether they support my strategy or not. Over time, this causes the deck to lose balance and becomes, well, bad. This is what my deck has become:

I know this deck has many problems. I s'pose I don't really have enough Arceus, Giratina, or Mewtwo to play their Lv.X's. Also, LM Mew may do me no good whatsoever. It would be great if I had more SW Banette, but I just have 1.

Any suggestions as to what I could do to improve this deck (besides buying new cards)? Any cards featured above (be sure to consider the amount as well) can be taken into account along with some of these other favorites of mine:
