    Please help!
    My buddy said she'll "perish" if she doesn't get the ! And ? Unown.
    She's been begging to borrow my action replay, which I can't find and don't want her to borrow anyway.
    I told her that she needed page 7 of the unown report first. She said she tried and she can't figure out how.
    Would any body mind helping out here??
     
    "Perish"? Sounds ominous... but I'm gonna assume no such tone was intended.
    Depends on which edition you want unknown ! and ? for. D/P/Pt you get all of the other unknown, and then go to that ruin maniacs tunnel, right outside VeilStone City to the south. Go to the end, and there should be a new cave, where the ! and ? are. Outside this you can get a rare candy, I think.

    As you mention Unknown report, I suppose its HG/SS. In which case, from Serebii:

    After you have captured all 26 Unown, another area is opened up in the main entrance to the ruins after talking to one of the researchers. This area contains only the ! and ? Unown and will allow you to complete your Unown Report dex and complete the Unown Sidequest itself

    By the way, she said that once you complete the Unown Report you can do the Arceus thing at Sinjoh Ruins. You know, the thing with the lv 1 Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina?
    I don't know if she's right, but if that's the case I'll try a little harder to complete my own report. Although, bulbapedia said you just have to have a "fatefull encounter" Arceus to do it. :/ I don't want to break her high spirits if she's wrong about the Arceus thing.
