    He guys,
I was looking at some unowns i had at home and thought let's make a deck out of them.( I have always been a fan of unowns)
A friend of mine pointed out some strange rule that I may only have 4 unows in my deck regardless of name.
    What is this rule exactly?

Trying to find the specific rules/errata that apply for this but not having luck so far.

Which specific Unown cards are you looking at? Would help me narrow down my rulings search some to see if there is any rulings.

I do believe that ones with slightly different names are technically considered different Pokemon and cards, but I'm not 100% sure.

There are quite a lot of them ,but after looking at some of those cards on the net with some of them (from what i can see the older ones) have a add on written next to it:
You may have up to 4 Basic Pokémon cards in your deck with Unown in their names.
This isn't on the card itself so I ain't sure if it's correct.

    (for example: h ttp://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Unown_Q_(Neo_Destiny_59))

Sorry for the late reply! Kinda got busy offline and forgot about this.

Anyway, I guess the limit stands as far as it applies to that era of Unown. I don't remember how later Unown cards were treated, though, but I'm presuming it's the same, since they eventually just eliminated the letters indicating which Unown it was from the name of the card.
