I just found an intersting source of unsolved pokemon questions and the one that I was into was "What's so special about Pikachu, anyway?" cause I was asking for that question like a month ago anyways heres the link

    https://www.trsrockin.com/mysteries.html

I never figured out what was important about Pikachu because Team Rocket could just catch a wild one or are they just plain lazy and can't be bothered about buying a Pokéball and catching a Pikachu! What Do You Think!

Woah when I was reading some part of the page I read this:

"I heard a rumor that Ash's Pikachu is a son of a rare Rocket's Pikachu. A Dark Pikachu in Team Rocket may have given birth to a Pikachu & that baby might have escaped. or maybe why Pikachu hates the Pokeball is because it has a previous Trainer & that previous Trainer kept him in a Pokeball & abandoned him & was later found by Prof Oak."

great find, that site is pretty cool

    That was, indeed, pretty interesting.

    I don't think they'll ever be solved, unfortunately. =(

I think Professor Ivy and Brock had some kind of relationship and she cheated on him or something. LOL. That's all I could really think of/.

I think the thing between Brock and Ivy was something sexual.

Thank you for that wonderful piece of insight Animehero. You're a true visionary. [/Implied Sarcasm]

Honestly, why is it that people go "It must have been sexual!" whenever Brock and Ivy are mentioned? There's no real proof that Ivy ever actually reciprocated Brock's love. Knowing the characters, it is quite probable that Ivy just revealed that she didn't love Brock, or something along those lines, and he overreacted. >.<

Jeez, people projecting their own perversions onto children's cartoons. I thought that was what the shipping debate forums were for.

He didn't say it must have been sexual. He said that's what he thinks. My theory is Ivy was screwing her three little 'assistants' (all at the same time :)) and Brock found out. Rejected love wouldn't put him in that kind of state, but walking in on something like that, from a woman he trusts and highly respects, probably would. But that's just me.

And the reason J/J/M can't just catch a wild Pikachu is because Ash's Pikachu is supposed to be the best. What's the point in catching something that's not good?

Wow, some of those people don't know how to write a good story because those theories were completely stupid and unreasonable. Pikachu being the son of a dark one.

Yeah thnx, also did anyone else remember the old rumor of that truck from Pokemon R/BY? well it talks about it in there

Yeah, that truck... It's just like the old man on top of the cinnabar island gym, or the whole fishing inside of gym statues, or the invisible PC in the Pokemon hotel, it's just an easter egg/leftover data that the programmers wanted people to find, though it's not all that exciting as the glitch Pokemon.

I think what happened to Ivy and Brock MIGHT have been something like that. And thanks for not saying it was anything sexual. I mean, Jebus, it's a children's animated program for cryin' out loud!
